Work Samples
One of the best ways to reach out to people is in print. Teaching people to appreciate good, healthy food is a challenge that comes with the field of dietetics. I believe writing can help encourage and motivate others to embrace the excitement of food and a healthy lifestyle.

As an assignment for a Food Writing class, I began a blog in Fall 2012. The blog was intended to be informative and fun, teaching about unusual vegetables. Other assignments included recreating a food memory, interviewing a person in the food industry and telling the story of my family history and food. You can access these writings in the link and files below.
