Interview applicants for weight loss program
Determine correct menu plans for candidates based on current weight & activity level & amount of weight to lose
o Provide ongoing motivation and education to counselors & weight loss candidates
o Provide alternate menu suggestions such as substitutions for higher fat foods
Develop counseling skills in weight loss program setting
